My New "Do"
I promised you pictures of my new "do" and here they are! It's hard to see the red highlights but I assure you they are there and I'm lovin' them...so is hubby. Remember, at first he asked if I got a tattoo to match. He's a bit conservative but that's why we complete one another...or at least why I tell him we complete on another! :o)

Now with three different head shots, I'm having trouble deciding which one to use for my bio sheet. My husband isn't much help when it comes to these sort of things. He's says it's like going shopping with me. It doesn't matter what he says, I'm going to buy what I like best. That's not true. I try and please my man. It's just sometimes you need a woman's opinion so I thought I'd turn to the girls! I'd appreciate your thoughts. If you were looking for a speaker, which picture would draw you?

Photo #1: The Friendly Face (which I used on my blog page) Photo #2 Warm and Inviting (might make a good poster?)
Or Photo #3 The Profile (Contemporary News Anchor?? I predict sunny weather!)

I'm not going to be much help either, because I think you look absolutely gorgeous in ALL of them. I'm partial to 1 and 2, but honestly, the more I think about it, I'm partial to 3, too! Your husband's no doubt thinking how beautiful you are ALL the time, so pinpointing you at a slightly elevated beautiful stage would be a virtual impossibility (which translates into -- you're gorgeous!)

Wow, after making the rounds this past week to all the Proverbs 31 ladies' blogs, I wish more than ever that I was attending She Speaks this year. If God wills it, I'll meet all you wonderful, warm, loving women someday. The least I can do is pray for everyone speaking and attending. I stumbled upon P31 Ministries last year after I got finished reading Proverbs 31 and prayed to be directed to a ministry that specifically spoke to women not unlike myself. I simply Googled "Proverbs 31 Ministry" and up it came! I've since read (and re-read and re-re-read) the devotional book, and I'm so thankful to all you precious women who put yourselves out there (so beautifully, I might add!) so that the rest of us can deepen our relationships with Christ and become the wives, mothers, and women He calls us to be.

God bless you!

Love the photos Micca. I would pick #2. You look great!

Your "do" is great. You are beautiful. All three shots show that, but I would have my pearly whites showing especially when they are like yours. That would eliminate one of them. My only other thoughts on this are... what do you want to convey to others who do not know you when they check you out as a speaker? Which picture reflects that? Do any of the others capture your personality and warmth? Your old picture said she is warm and friendly to me not quite as 'posed' as these look. I am preparing for pictures for my web site and my friend who tells me what I really need to hear is currently advising me on these things to consider. Wasn't it easier when all you had to say was "cheese"?

all are great. #1 my pick.

I can't help you decide because I'm too busy trying to figure out...

WHO IS THIS WOMAN IN THESE PHOTOS?! You look so different.

Honestly, there isn't a bad photo in the bunch.

You're gorgeous, girlfriend!

Without looking at anyone else's comment, my first reaction is photo #1.

However, they're all very lovely!

I really do like them all. But for some reason I think you should use #2. I can't remember what your old photo looked like but you look really nice. Maybe I should go with those highlights?

I'm late commenting (I've been on vacation) but I couldn't resist telling you how much I love your new pic!

All three are very nice, but I think you chose the best one.
